  • 2 cups of semolina.

  • Put the dry ingredients in a pot over medium heat, and constantly stir until the semolina turns golden.

  • Add the date paste and keep kneading until you have a dough with proper consistency.
  • Put the dough in molds, then place them in the fridge for 5 minutes.
