It is possible to prepare juice for patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) using ingredients based on green vegetables, such as lettuce, cucumber, and parsley.

You Need

  • 2 fresh cucumbers.
  • 1 fresh apple.
  • ½ fresh parsley bundle.
  • 1 large handful of lettuce.

Let’s Prepare the Juice!

  1. Wash the leaves, cucumbers, and apples well.
  2. Cut the apples into 4 pieces and remove the seeds.
  3. Put the ingredients in a blender and blend at slow speed until you have a fresh green juice.
  4. You can add your favorite addition, such as a teaspoon of Moringa, chia seeds, and others.
Tip: It is preferable to consume this juice immediately after juicing to preserve the nutrients it contains because its benefits decrease the longer it is preserved.
