- 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
- 100 grams sugar-free organic dark chocolate.
- Small and fresh mint leaves.
- ¼ cup fresh strawberries.
- ¼ cup raw hazelnuts.
- Put the chocolate in a deep bowl and place the bowl on top of another bowl filled with hot water. After that, stir the chocolate a little until it melts smoothly.
- Cut strawberries, mint, and hazelnuts, as desired.
- Add coconut oil and maple syrup to the chocolate, and stir until you have a good mixture.
- Put a little chocolate mixture in the bottom of silicone molds, spread mint, strawberry, and hazelnuts and add the rest of the chocolate until the molds are covered.
- Put the molds in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
- Remove the chocolate from the molds and serve cold.
