You Need

Directions

  1. Cut the zucchini into medium-thick circles, then fry them in olive oil until golden. It can also be grilled in the oven.
  2. Add the crushed garlic to the zucchini.
  3. Mix yogurt with salt in a deep dish.
  4. Add zucchini and garlic over the yogurt, add salt, sumac and olive oil.
  5. Add dill or chopped parsley and serve.
